Program structure
Cars Now Flex is a flexible vehicle access program. It is not represented as a lease, rental, or subscription contract, and its final legal structure is pending review by counsel for Cars Now USA, LLC.
Monthly plan
Your monthly amount reflects the vehicle, your selected mileage allowance, and your protection package. Taxes, registration, and applicable fees are additional.
Mileage
Unused miles roll over month to month. Miles driven beyond your allowance may be billed at a per-mile rate defined in your final agreement.
Vehicle care
You are responsible for day-to-day care, fuel, and returning the vehicle in reasonable condition. Routine maintenance and roadside support are included.
Ending or changing your plan
Change, swap, and end-of-plan conditions, including any notice period, will be defined in your final agreement.
