Question 1

What exactly is Cars Now Flex?

Accepted Answer

Cars Now Flex is a flexible vehicle access program from Cars Now USA, LLC. You pay one monthly amount for a vehicle, a mileage allowance, and a protection package with maintenance and roadside support. It is not a lease, rental, or subscription contract, and final program structure is subject to legal review and approval.

Question 2

What makes Cars Now Flex different?

Accepted Answer

We are built around you, not a one-size-fits-all program. Different drivers need different paths, so we match the person, the vehicle, and the payment. Your Flex Path shows how your needs, the vehicle, your initial amount, your monthly plan, mileage, and protection fit together.

Question 3

Do I need money up front?

Accepted Answer

It depends on you and the vehicle. Some drivers may qualify with little or no initial amount. Others may need an initial amount, a different vehicle, or a different monthly plan. Your initial amount and monthly plan are personalized, and we do not advertise the same terms for everyone.

Question 4

Are the estimates on the Flex Path page an approval?

Accepted Answer

No. Estimates are illustrative and are not an offer, a quote, an approval, or a credit decision. Final structure depends on eligibility, the vehicle you select, availability, insurance and protection selections, verification, and final program terms.

Question 5

How is this different from financing a used car?

Accepted Answer

Traditional financing usually means a large amount up front and a five- or six-year commitment, plus maintenance and roadside costs on top. Flex is built around one personalized monthly figure with support included. Figures shown on vehicle pages are illustrative only.

Question 6

What happens if I don't use all my miles?

Accepted Answer

Unused miles roll over to the following month under the plan you selected. Rollover limits are subject to final program terms.

Question 7

Can I switch vehicles?

Accepted Answer

Vehicle swaps are expected to be available after your initial period, subject to availability and final program terms.

Question 8

What do I need to qualify?

Accepted Answer

A valid driver's license, a verifiable way to pay monthly, and the ability to meet our eligibility criteria. Our application asks for ranges rather than exact figures at this stage, and final underwriting will be handled by connected services.

Question 9

Do you collect my Social Security number or bank login?

Accepted Answer

Not in this experience. The current application collects contact details, placeholder license information, and self-reported ranges only. No sensitive identifiers or banking credentials are requested here.

Question 10

Is insurance included?

Accepted Answer

Every plan includes a protection package. Requirements for personal insurance coverage, deductibles, and out-of-pocket responsibility are subject to final program terms.

Question 11

My ZIP isn't live yet. What can I do?

Accepted Answer

Join early access. Demand from your ZIP directly informs which market Cars Now Flex opens next, and we'll contact you the moment vehicles are available near you.
